How Do Withdrawals Work?

Any performer can quickly and conveniently request their earnings whenever they want. The minimum withdrawal amount is just BRL 15.00. In addition, it is possible to request partial withdrawals, i.e., request the transfer of only part of your earnings to your bank account, as long as it meets the minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are unlimited, and you can choose between Standard Withdrawal and Jet Withdrawal.

Standard Withdrawal:

• Deposits are made on business days and during business hours, from 10 am to 5 pm.


• Withdrawals requested by 6 am are deposited by 5 pm on the same day.


• Withdrawals requested after 6 am are deposited by 5 pm on the following day.


• There is a BRL 5.00 request fee for all banks.

Jet Withdrawal:

• Amounts are deposited into your account within minutes, 30 minutes maximum.


• Withdrawals are deposited 24 hours a day.


• Withdrawals are deposited every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.


• There is a BRL 10.00 request fee for all banks.
