What if I did not receive my validation e-mail?
The validation e-mail is a required step of your performer registration, as explained in the registration steps above.
If you have completed your pre-registration on the website and did not receive the validation e-mail in your inbox, please check the following details:
- Is the e-mail address you entered during pre-registration correct?
- Is the e-mail box you're checking the same e-mail that was entered during pre-registration?
- Have you checked your spam/junk folder to confirm that the e-mail is not there?
If you have gone through all of these items and still have not received the validation e-mail, please contact us via one of our Service Channels.
