Can I Delete Reviews on My Profile?

Per Camera Prive's internal policies, reviews can only be deleted if they violate our terms of use content that is offensive, disrespectful, or incites hatred. To request that a review be deleted, please contact our Customer Service Channels.

For reviews you feel are not fair concerning your services, we recommend sending a reply or direct message to express your point of view respectfully. You can do this by accessing:

1. My Prive Menu;
2. Reviews;
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the username and select Send a Message to reply via direct message;
4. If you prefer, you can express your point of view in the field Write a Response to This Review and click on Answer to send it publicly (it will be displayed on your profile next to the review).
